<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which the types of a printed circuit board can be reduced and which can perform communication for inputting and outputting data to/from a plurality of semiconductor chips by using one antenna. <P>SOLUTION: In this semiconductor device 1 in which data is input and output by radio between a semiconductor chip 2 and external electronic equipment, the semiconductor chip 2 is mounted on the surface A of the printed circuit board 3, a spiral antenna 4 is formed the surface A of the printed circuit board 3, the semiconductor chip 2 is connected to the antenna 4 by metallic wires 7, first to third connection terminals 6a, 6b and 6c for metallic wire connection are formed on the antenna 4, the first and second connection terminals 6a and 6b are arranged at the start edge part and the end edge part of the antenna 4, and the third connection terminal 6c is arranged halfway between the both edge parts of the antenna 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
