PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transfer system for acquiring high precision information detected from sensors without delay. SOLUTION: The data transfer system converts pressure measured by a load cell 22 to a digital signal with an A/D converter mounted in an analog interface 21, processes the signal with a digital filter and transfers the sensor signal processed by the digital filter to a controlling apparatus 10 of an industrial machine via an optical fiber 23 at every transfer period. The digital sampling period of A/D converter is set shorter than the transfer period so that the precision is improved, digital filtering output delay becomes shorter, the delay of the controlling apparatus is shortened and high precision digital signal of the sensor measurement signal can be obtained.
