PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying-out method being capable of providing a floor face with a design having high degree of freedom while holding a long-term durability and being used for keeping a construction cost low. SOLUTION: A design material 3 is stuck or drawn on a floor composed of the floor face 1 and a flooring 2. The surface of the floor containing the design material 3 is coated with ultraviolet curing type paints 4, and the surface of the floor is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and cured by using an ultraviolet-ray irradiation machine.
