PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a split-structure immersed body made of reinforced concrete or steel-framed reinforced concrete as an immersed-body segment constructing a hollow-cylinder structure in a ground while improving the utility and handrability of the immersed body. SOLUTION: The immersed body having a split structure is immersed in the ground and connected in the peripheral direction and the axial direction. In the immersed body, the immersed body is made of the RC segment composed of reinforced concrete, and an inner peripheral surface 10b on the reverse side to an outer peripheral surface 10a opposed to the ground when the immersed body is immersed in the ground is formed in a recessed section 11 and formed in a recessed shape.
