PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce stream data according to a time stamp even when there is no clock to singly count in a device for reproducing data. SOLUTION: In step S141, determination is made as to the addition of a time stamp to a received access unit. If the addition of the time stamp to the access unit is added, in step S142, the value of the time stamp (PST) is set. If there is no time stamp added to the access unit, in step S144, a value decided by a previous pic_struct is added to a current time.
