PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the occurrence of noise at a cooling heat exchanger by changing the flow direction of air flowing into a noise causing part through a guide part. SOLUTION: A vehicle air-conditioning unit 10 is installed below a centrifugal fan 26 and comprises an air conditioner casing 1, a cooling heat exchanger 3 stored in the air-conditioning casing 1 in a substantial vertical orientation to cool air blown out of the centrifugal fan 26, and an air guide 5 arranged at an air upstream side of the cooling heat exchanger 3 so as to change a flowing direction of air flowed into the noise causing part 3a of the cooling heat exchanger 32. Accordingly, it is possible to restrict occurrence of irregular sound because the flowing direction of air flowing into the noise causing part 3a of the cooling heat exchanger 3.
