PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and useful patch sticking implement which can peel off patches surely one by one and can effectively improve operability in a pressing operation. SOLUTION: The implement has a shaft part 2 which is inserted through holes P1 of the patches P stuck to each other and put in a stacked state and a sticking implement main body 1 which has a pressing face 11c1 exerting a pressing force F1 on the patches P along the shaft part 2, and an opening-out part 21 having a diameter larger than the inside diameter of the patch hole P1 is provided at the tip 2b of the shaft part 2. On the occasion of sticking the patch P to the periphery of a punch hole X1 opened in a paper leaf X or the like, the patch P positioned on the tip side is pushed out to the opening-out part 21 and thereby the inside diameter P1 is opened out.
