PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret unit capable of spinning sea-island type fiber having a number of sheath/core type island components, and to provide a method for producing such fiber using the spinneret unit. SOLUTION: The spinneret unit comprises an upper distributive plate equipped with a 1st nozzle group via which a 1st island component resin is extruded, an intermediate distributive plate equipped with a 2nd nozzle group arranged at a position corresponding to the 1st nozzle group, a lower distributive plate equipped with a 3rd nozzle group arranged at a position corresponding to the 2nd nozzle group, a 1st spacer arranged in between the upper distributive plate and the intermediate distributive plate, a 2nd spacer arranged in between the intermediate distributive plate and the lower distributive plate, and a nozzle plate functioning to receive a double sheath/core type resin with the 1st island component resin and a 2nd island component resin that are extruded via the lower distributive plate, coated with a sea component resin.
