PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device capable of smoothly and favorably mounting a nut body on a bolt body. SOLUTION: This is the mounting tool 5B to mount the nut body 6F on the bolt body B by plastic-deforming the nut body 6F from a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the bolt body B and devised to hold and clamp a pair of holding parts 6c of the nut body 6F from their head end sides by a pair of holding recessed parts 3eb by providing the pair of holding recessed parts 3eb on the head end inside of a clamping part 4 and to hold the holding parts 6c until the nut body 6F is plastic-deformed and mounted on the bolt body B.
