PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine with an operation handle which can prevent the infiltration of the dust or the like falling from above into a clearance formed between the rotary operation member and the grip member covering the front part of the rotary operation member. SOLUTION: A step part 81 with a prescribed depth (depth dimension almost equal to the thickness dimension of the outer peripheral part of a flange member 53) facing the entire circumference of the outer peripheral part of the flange member 53 making up the grip member 42 is formed at the player side front end part of the rotary operation member 43. After the flange member 53 is fitted in with the step part 81 from the side of the players, the grip part 42 is screwed down on the individual mounting bosses 79 inserted into the respective groove parts 78 of the rotary operation member 43 to be fastened on the handle body part 41.
