<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for reducing the loss of power consumption, and for reducing the generation of any EMI noise due to the high frequency components of output currents at the time of transition of turning-on and turning-off. <P>SOLUTION: This driving circuit for controlling the ON/OFF of a driver element 2 to one terminal of which a load is connected is provided with: a switching circuit 1 having a switch element 4 for making currents flow to the control terminal of the driver element 2 and a switch element 3 for extracting currents from the control terminal of the driver element 2; and a capacitive element 8 arranged between the control terminal and the other terminal of the driver element 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
