<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a small-current operation without causing the reduction in potential of a data line. <P>SOLUTION: A current programming device includes the data line to which a data current Idata is applied and a circuit provided with a pMOS transistor M1, a nMOS transistor M2 provided between the gate and the drain of the FET transistor M1, and a nMOS transistor M3 provided between the gate of the pMOS transistor M1 and the data line.
