<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator capable of detecting a behavior of a movable part, while restraining electric power consumption, and to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillator of the present invention has the oscillating movable part to be driven by vibration of the movable part, and has a behavior reading means 6 for detecting the behavior of the movable part. The behavior reading means 6 has a magnetic substance film 421A formed in an electrode finger 421 of the movable part and magnetized, a conductor 61 provided in the vicinity of the magnetic substance film 421A, and a current detecting means 62 for detecting a current flowing in the conductor 61, and the behavior of the movable part is detected, by detecting an induced current flowing in the conductor 61 in accompaniment with the vibration of the movable part, by the current detecting means 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
