<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a lightweight and easily removable tool to be used when a person lying on a futon placed on a floor or a tatami gets up is not available heretofore, and a tool also usable for other purposes such as a walking stick is not available. <P>SOLUTION: When a person lying on a futon 7 placed on a floor or a tatami gets up, grasping the grip of the multi-functional walking stick can reduce the load applied to the arm and abdominal muscles.
