<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NRD guide detector having high performance as a short-distance digital amplitude modulation wave high-speed receiver in spite of a simple structure, and millimeter wave wireless data communication system utilizing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the millimeter wave wireless data communication system, a detector 5 is mounted in a terminal portion of a dielectric rod 3 that is an NRD guide, and an RF signal is directly detected by a diode to obtain a baseband signal. By providing a chalk structure in the detector 5, the RF signal is prevented from being leaked to a detection output side, thereby obviating the need for an RF filter on the side of a baseband signal processing circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
