<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that cooling water of which the conductivity is deteriorated is introduced into a fuel cell immediately after starting of circulation of the cooling water. <P>SOLUTION: In the case the cooling water of which the conductivity has a prescribed value is detected by a conductivity detecting part 13, because a control part 15 controls a three-directional valve 8, the cooling water of which the conductivity has a prescribed value or more is temporarily made to be introduced or accumulated in a circulation route 5 for warm-up or a circulation route 7 for cooling. By this, it is prevented that the cooling water of which the conductivity has been deteriorated is supplied to the fuel cell 2 immediately after starting of circulation. Furthermore, because there is no need of separately installing a route in which the cooling water is temporarily made to be introduced or accumulated, waste such as space, weight and cost can be eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
