<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of improving the rotating processing speed of image data at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor comprises a reading means 5 reading image data in a page memory 3; a rotating processing means 7 for performing rotating processing to the image data; a temporary memory 9; and a writing means 11. The image data is composed of matrixes, and the temporary memory 9 stores a plurality of lines of matrixes of the image data after rotating processing with a line of matrixes arranged in the main scanning direction of the page memory 3 as one unit. When the lines of matrixes stored in the temporary memory 9 corresponds to a preset pixel number, the image data are written to the page memory 3 as they are, and when the number does not reach the preset pixel number, image data of the next processing object are read and stored in the temporary memory 9 until the preset pixel number is satisfied, and when the preset pixel number is satisfied, the image data are successively written to the page memory 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
