<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly perform operation (movement or command execution) to a large number of icons displayed in a computer operation screen on a screen by an easy procedure nearly equal to a procedure to a GUI screen of a computer by use of a simple device. <P>SOLUTION: In a remote control system for the computer, the operation screen S outputted from the computer 40 and a position mark A projected from a beam pointer 2 that is a position indicator are overlapped on the screen 30, the overlapped image is converted into data by an imaging means 32 and inputted to the computer 40, the shape, color, and size or the like of the position mark A can be specified from a difference between it and pixel data of the original operation image S, and the beam pointer 2 can change over a form of the position mark A from a standard mode to a proper number of operation modes, laps the position mark A on a command mark, and changes over the mode to one operation mode to execute the one operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
