PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which has stable triboelectrifying property and reduced adherence to members, therefore, exhibits good developing performance / transferability and can provide stable images over a prolonged period of time. SOLUTION: The toner contains toner particles including at least a binder resin, a colorant and a fluorine-containing copolymer, wherein the fluorine-containing copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing two fluorine atom-containing monomers having a specific structure, a vinyl monomer having a carboxyl group and an aromatic vinyl monomer.
