PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an on-vehicle unit, even in an oil supply state. SOLUTION: A power supply device 100 is provided with an ON/OFF information acquiring part 101 for acquiring information on ON/OFF of the on-vehicle unit 110 loaded on a vehicle, a power supply part 102 for supplying power to the on-vehicle unit 110, based on information on ON/OFF, which is acquired by the ON/OFF information acquiring part 101, a detection part 103 for detecting whether the vehicle is in an oil supply state and a control part 104 for controlling the power supply part 102 and supplying power to the on-vehicle unit 110, based on a detection result detected by the detecting part 103. The power supply device 100 can supply power to the on-vehicle unit 110, even if the vehicle is in the oil supply state, based on information from the detecting part 103 and the present position information acquiring part 106, even if the positional information from an ignition switch is OFF-position information.
