PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deriving stacked capacitor and stacked capacitor array capable of improving the equivalent serial inductance reduction effect. SOLUTION: In the stacked capacitor, dielectric layers 41a and 41b are stacked to main part. Then two internal electrodes 42 and 43, denoted as primary and secondary internal electrode, respectively, are further stacked to those in this order. An external terminal is formed at least on either one vertical side surface of the main part, and at least one of conductive via holes 44 and 45 is placed connecting to the external electrode. Each dielectric layer has one or more internal electrodes formed separately on both sides. Each internal electrode has one or more projects 42' and 43'. Via holes are electrically insulated from the secondary internal electrode, and formed through primary internal electrode. One or more 2nd conductive via holes are formed through the projects of the secondary internal electrode, and are electrically insulated from the primary internal electrode.
