PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a solid-state electrolytic capacitor, high in a capacity relative frequency and small in a dielectric loss as well as an equivalent series resistance, in the manufacturing method of the solid-state electrolytic capacitor employing a conductive polymer as a solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the solid-state electrolytic capacitor formed of a dielectric film and a chemical oxidation polymerization conductive polymer layer laminated sequentially on a valve action metal; at least one compound selected from a group consisting of amide, sulfoxide and imido is added during the chemical polymerization reaction as the polymerization controlling agent of the chemical oxidation polymerization.
