PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and its manufacturing method wherein an excellent assembling property and excellent pull-out resistance strength can be compatible. SOLUTION: A cabinet 7 is constituted of an upper cabinet 1 and a lower cabinet 2, and an opening 8 is formed by a notch 1a of the upper cabinet 1 and a notch 2a of the lower cabinet 2. In the cabinet 7, a connector 5 is housed, and a connection plug is connected to the connector 5 from the outside via the opening 8. Then, a hook 2c is made erected from the end edge constituting the lower end of the notch 2a in the lower cabinet 2 in an inward direction 22. Furthermore, a plane plate part 3a, an erected part 3b, and a hooking part 3c are formed at a connector cover 3 composed of an elastic material, and a through-hole 3d is formed in the hooking part 3c.
