PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limit switch capable of rapidly, relatively safely and easily removing electricity even from a large vessel like an oil drum by a simple facility; and to provide an automatic carrier device having the switch. SOLUTION: In relation to a limit switch including an actuator, an operation body and a built-in switch, preventing the built-in switch from being operated when the actuator does not detect the vessel and operating the built-in switch by the operation body when the actuator detects the vessel, this limit switch is characterized by that the actuator has a conductive grounding means. This automatic carrier device has the switch and a carrying means.
