PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation executing method of a piping system in which even an object to be heat insulated having a complex outer surface shape can be surely coated with a insulating material, and which not only facilitates attachment/detachment of a heat insulating material but also allows the reuse of the heat insulating material in maintenance work. SOLUTION: In a heat insulation executing method of a piping system in which an insulating material is arranged outside an heat insulating object 2 in a piping 1 system so as to cover the heat insulating object 2, a heat insulating material arranging space 3 outside the heat insulating object 2 is divided into a plurality of unit arranging spaces 4. A hollow frame body 5 corresponding to each unit arranging space 4 is formed by an outer stretching plate 6, an inner lining plate 7, and a side stretching plate 8 for coupling the outer stretching plate 6 and an inner lining plate 7. After forming a heat insulating material by injecting foaming material for heat insulation in each hollow frame body 5 to be foamed, the side stretching plate 8 is removed from each hollow frame body 5 internally provided with the insulating material to be assembled in the outside of the heat insulating object 2.
