PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display and an information display device that are excellent in reduction in the resistance of all electrodes and electrode wiring lines and excellent in power supply reliability of the electrodes and visibility. SOLUTION: The panel for information display is constituted in such a way that at least two or more kinds of display media 3 having optical reflection factors and charging properties are sealed between two opposite substrates 1 and 2 at least one of which is transparent, and information of an image etc. is displayed by moving the display media by applying an electric field to the display media, wherein an electrode wiring line 12 which has low resistance and superior flexibility is provided side by side in contact with at least one of lengthwise right and left edges of a transparent line electrode 6 provided in at least a display-surface side substrate. Further, a colored pattern having an OD value of 2 or more is formed on a line electrode provided side by side with the line electrode of the display-surface side substrate or the electrode wiring line provided side by side with the line electrode of the display-surface side substrate is provided on the colored pattern which is formed on the display-surface side substrate and has the OD value of≥2.
