PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for integrating utility used-time capable of classifying used-time, in response to the amount of used utility to integrate, based on a pulse signal outputted from a measuring means of each fixed amount of utility used. SOLUTION: The utility used-time integrating device comprise a pulse signal receiving section 3 for receiving the pulse signal outputted by each constant amount of utility used by the measuring operation of the measuring means 10 for measuring the amount of used-utility, a pulse interval measuring section 4 for measuring the pulse interval in time of each pulse received by the pulse signal receiving section 3, and a pulse intervals integrating section 5 for integrating the pulse intervals, when the pulse interval measured by the pulse interval measuring section 4 is a predetermined threshold or lower.
