PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator sealable with urethane with a simple constitution, while reducing the size and cost of an injection molding part by forming a combined constitution with a frame member of a resin mold and improving appearance design by matching in design with a table board, an outer box and a door. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is composed of the outer box 2 composed of left-right side plates 3 made of a thin steel sheet, an upper front plate 4 for connecting an upper end part of the respective side plates and a rear plate 5 for connecting the rear edge of the respective side plates, a table board member 6 arranged so as to cover an outer box ceiling part, an inner box 9 arranged on its inside by forming predetermined clearance with the outer box and the table board member, and a thermal insulation material 10 foamed and filled in the clearance between the outer box. The table board member is formed of the table board 7 made of a painted steel plate for forming bending pieces 7a and 7b on the front-rear ends of a plate-like ceiling surface, and the frame member 8 made of a synthetic resin for embracing and holding both side edges including the bending pieces of the table board front-rear ends and fitted to and installed on the locking edge of the side plate upper end.
