PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear retractor bracket structure capable of solving lack of rigidity at a rear quarter part of a two-door vehicle without using an extremely large rigidity-assisting member. SOLUTION: In the rear retractor bracket structure for the two-door vehicle, the rear belt retractor 2 is arranged between a door opening 13 and a rear quarter reinforce 5. The rear retractor bracket 3 itself is utilized as the rigidity-assisting member by mounting the rear retractor bracket 3 for mounting the rear belt retractor 2 as the rigidity-assisting member of a peripheral panel (reinforce side sill 9 and wheel apron 6). Thereby, the rear quarter part in the two-door vehicle in which strength is easily lacked can be effectively reinforced by the minimum lightweight part without installing a particular rigidity-assisting member.
