PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic sheet which solves the following problem: for example, a ceramic sintered body after baking is deformed to cause the defective printing of a circuit pattern or the defective joining to a metal circuit board or a radiation board by a defective appearance or quality lowering by the mixing of impurities, a production method of a long lead time, and the lowering or nonuniformity of the density of the molded sheet caused by insufficient kneading. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the ceramic sheet good in production efficiency, quality equivalent or superior to conventional quality is obtained by using raw material powder by spray nitriding method and an extruder in which a twin-screw extruder having a strong kneading function and a single-screw extruder having molding stability are combined.
