PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inkjet recorder in which a user can set whether a pigment ink is used or not when recording is performed using glossy paper, or the like. SOLUTION: In the inkjet recorder which performs recording by using at least one kind of ink employing pigment and a plurality of kinds of ink employing dye, a user sets whether the ink employing pigment ink is used or not (S403) when recording is performed on a glossy recording medium, and a color conversion table is altered depending on that setting (S405).
