PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a foundation with one column and one pile, which can reduce a construction period and a construction cost, and which can also be applied to the pile with a small diameter. SOLUTION: A pile head part 2a of the pile 2 is inserted, by a pile diameter D of 1.0D-1.5D, into a rectangular column-like concrete footing 3, the longitudinal direction of which is a vertical direction. Anchor bolts 4 etc., the head parts of which are exposed from a top surface 3a of the concrete footing 3, are embedded around the pile head parts 2a almost up to a bottom part of the concrete footing 3 in parallel with the pile head part 2a. The anchor bolts 4 etc. are arranged in a square shape in a plane-cross-section view at predetermined intervals around the pile head part 2a, and a hoop bar 5 is wound around the anchor bolts 4 etc. almost throughout the length of the anchor bolt 4 etc. A base plate 1a is welded to a bottom surface of a steel-frame column 1; and a head part of the anchor bolt 4 is inserted into a hole provided at the peripheral edge of the base plate 1a, and screwed into a nut 8, so that the steel-frame column 1 can be fixed onto the concrete footing 3.
