PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking-off tool capable of accurately drawing a ruled line by always making the shortest distance between a scriber and a wall face constant with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The marking-off tool is provided with a disk part 2 rolling along the wall face W in a state of being laid on a marking-off face T, the scriber 8 mounted so as to penetrate the center of the disk part 2, and an arm 9 freely rotatably supporting the disk part 2.
