PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod-fixing tool preventing the pain at the belly part, the numbness of the hand, or the like beforehand by fixing a fishing rod at the position near to the waist, and enabling the fishing operation to be carried out rapidly by enabling the fixing angle of the fishing rod to be easily changed. SOLUTION: The fishing rod-fixing tool comprises a first housing 10, a second housing 20 to which a belt-connecting tool 22 is fastened, a stopper 30, an operation tool 40, a fixing tool 50 and a releasing tool 60. The stopper 30 comprises a stick part 31 to be inserted to an insertion hole 12a of the first housing 10, a spring 32 surrounded by the lower outer periphery of the stick part 31, and a gear part 33 eccentrically cut in one direction at the lower end face. The operation tool 40 has an internally connecting gear part 41 intermeshed with the gear part 33 of the stopper 30, the inner center to which an insertion part 12 of the first housing 10 is inserted, and a recessed part 42 which is safely attached to a safely attaching groove 21 of the second housing 20. The fixing tool 50 is fixed to the upper end of the operation tool 40 and enables the fishing rod to be put on the upper edge side.
