<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-wheeled scooter and a bike which are a device to enable a driver to ride with a wheelchair safely and easily and to ensure stability during the travel, provide the pleasure of steering to a driver, and expand a living area of a user of the wheelchair. <P>SOLUTION: A motor-driven rack-and-pinion is mounted between a front frame and a rear power unit of the three-wheeled scooter so that an inclination to the right and left is intentionally restored by an operation of a button on the left of the driver. The driver rides on the scooter from the side of the wheelchair since a slide table which enables the loading of the wheelchair in the longitudinal direction between a front wheel steering part and the rear power unit and moves to the left (in case of left-hand traffic) is mounted.
