CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE, ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE FOR DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR BATTERY AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive substrate including a porous oxide semiconductor layer, having high tracking performance of the porous oxide semiconductor layer even when deformed and also easily obtaining a dye-sensitized solar battery having high performance.

SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by making a transparent resin film 1 overlaid with a first inorganic transparent conductive layer 3, an organic-inorganic composite transparent conductive layer 5, a second inorganic transparent conductive layer 7 and the porous oxide semiconductor layer 9 in this order to provide the conductive substrate 10.
