ACTUATOR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACTUATOR, DRIVING DEVICE AND SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape memory alloy having excellent durability even in application where a working speed is high and a working range is wide, or to provide an actuator using the shape memory alloy. SOLUTION: The temperature of shape memorization heat treatment is controlled to 570°C, thus an NiTiCu shape memory alloy wire whose dislocation density is regulated to the order of 1012pieces/cm2is produced. Then, an actuator of driving the body to be driven by the extraction/construction of the NiTiCu shape memory alloy wire is produced, and is applied to a driving device such as a correction optical device. By making such constitution, the durability of the NiTiCu shape memory alloy wire can be remarkably improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
