PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll lamination device which prevents the occurrence of wrinkles and easy of the inspection and replacement of rolls and a method for producing a laminate. SOLUTION: The roll lamination device is composed of a winding-out mechanism 10 rotatably supporting a coil with metal foil, an intermediate layer, and a protective film wound, a pinch roll mechanism 20 which holds and pulls out the protective film, a preheating mechanism 30 for preheating/drying the metal foil, a hot press roll mechanism 40 laminating the metal foil and a thermoplastic film, a press roll mechanism 50 molding/cooling a laminated laminate, a protective film winding mechanism 60 removing the protective film from the laminated laminate, and a winding mechanism 70 winding the laminated laminate. The hot press roll mechanism, since it has a roll shape in consideration of a thermal expansion coefficient, can keep an exact distance between the rolls during hot press without using an endless belt and produce the laminate without wrinkles.
