PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding mold which can easily adjust the clearance between piece blocks, improve the durability of the mold, and produce the tire good in appearance, a tire producing method using the mold, and a tire produced by the method. SOLUTION: In the execution form of this invention, an elastic member 18 for adjusting the clearance between the piece blocks 12 exists on each contact surface of the piece blocks 12. As the elastic member 18, a rubbery elastomer (a silicon resin, a fluorocarbon resin, a rubbery material, or a resin-rubber mixed material) having heat resistance and abrasion resistance or one selected from a plate spring and a coil spring is used. The elastic member 18 is applied on, adhered to, or fixed to the whole surface or a part of each contact surface of the piece block 12. The elastic member 18 can be constituted not to form a clearance t of 0.05 mm or below between back segments 11 and not to be used as the contact surface of the piece block 12 positioned on the end surface side of the back segment 11.
