PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink tank which can realize optimum processing according to an ink temperature in a recorder by providing information related to a physical properties change according to the ink temperature, and to provide an inkjet recorder which can carry out optimum recovery processing of an inkjet recording head by using the information, and to provide a recovery processing method of an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: An ink cartridge 401 which stores the ink to be supplied to a recording head is equipped with a memory 435 for storing physical properties information of the ink according to the ink temperature.
