PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the fine workability of the insertion hole of a coil spring, its working accuracy and controllability of the coil spring (independence of the coil spring), to eliminate the problem of the limitation of using materials or the like, to facilitate assembly work, and to automate assembly, regarding a microphone to be loaded on small-sized equipment, such as a portable telephone terminal. SOLUTION: A microphone unit 10 is housed by a first holder 30 composed of a hard material via the coil springs 20A and 20B for connection with the microphone unit 10. Also, the first holder 30 housing the microphone 10 via the coil springs 20A and 20B is housed in a second holder 40 composed of an elastic material. With this constitution, the positional accuracy of the coil springs is easily attained, materials are selected without being limited, and the assembly is facilitated as well.
