PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved electric component like a fuse. SOLUTION: The component or the fuse includes an insulation housing and at least a conductive end part cap fixed at the housing. The end part cap is at least partially fixed at the housing through a solder spreading simultaneously with cooling or a transition from liquid to a solid status. For example, a solder includes bismuth providing such spreading characteristics. And also, the bismuth has relatively high melting temperature, and can be used alone or in combination with other metals having higher melting temperature like antimony for a usage using an outside unleaded solder having higher melting temperature than a lead solder in general.
