PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing an optical disk pattern sheet in which a minute irregular pattern is precisely and stably transferred without generating warp and to provide a manufacturing method of an optical disk in which a high quality no warp optical disk can be obtained with good productivity. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a pattern sheet 60, a roll stamper 70 having an irregular pattern section on the surface and a resin layer 62 on a base material film 61 are brought into contact with each other and radioactive rays are applied onto the resin layer 62 to cure a portion of the radioactive ray curable resin. Having separated the roll stamper 70 from the resin layer 62, radioactive rays are applied onto the resin layer 62 to further cure the radioactively curable resin. The recording layer sheet is manufactured by at least arranging an optical reflection layer on the pattern sheet 60 and the optical disk is produced by pasting the recording layer sheet and an optical disk base material.
