PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder capable of changing the attitude of parts to a predetermined attitude by simple constitution, and feeding the same one by one with preset timing. SOLUTION: Parts P stored in a storing means 10 are taken out, the shafts Pa of the parts P are inserted in an opening groove 47 formed between a pair of rail members 48 extended obliquely downward from the upstream part 42 of a shoot rail 41 to the downstream part 42, the head part Pb is held between a pair of inclined surfaces 44 gradually separated from each other in the cross direction with upward shifting from both lower edge parts 46, and hung down, the lower end of the shaft Pa is suspended in the erect attitude state of projecting downward over both lower edge parts 46 to maintain such an attitude state, a moving floor plate 52 is lifted in a predetermined timing to block up the opening groove 47 to change the attitude of the part P from the erect attitude state to the inclined attitude state so that the part is transferred to the downstream side by sliding.
