PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly rescue a worker by making another person notice abnormality even if the report of emergency is not given by the worker himself. SOLUTION: This informing device includes: warning means 15, 16 for giving a warning to the surroundings of a vehicle; a lifted height detecting means for detecting whether or not the lifted height of a work bench 3 is equal to or higher than a predetermined height; a worker presence detecting means for detecting the presence/absence of a worker on the work bench 3; a clocking means for measuring the duration when the worker presence detecting means detects the absence of the worker on the work bench 3; and a warning control means 17 for controlling the warning means 15, 16 according to the clocking means and the lifted height detecting means. The warning control means 17 actuates the warning means 15, 16 when the duration measured by the clocking means exceeds a predetermined time and the lifted height of the work bench detected by the lifted height detecting means is equal to or higher than a predetermined height.
