PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with a simple lock capable of reliably fixing and sealing a flap without damaging a content. SOLUTION: An end flap 6 and a side flap 7 are continuously provided on an end wall 1 and a side wall 2. A locking piece 9 and a through-hole 12 are formed on the end flap 6 and in the side flap 7, respectively. The side flap 7 overlaps the end flap 6, and is pulled out of the through-hole 12 while deflecting the locking piece 9. The locking piece 9 is locked from the through-hole 12 as the locking piece is restored, and the end flap 6 and the side flap 7 are fixed to each other to seal the packaging box with a simple lock. A transverse ruled line 8 is provided on an intermediate portion of the end flap 6, the locking piece 9 is formed by the cutout to the end wall 1 side from the position of the ruled line 8, and the end flap 6 is folded along the ruled line 8. The protruded locking piece 9 is folded toward a base end side of the end flap 6 to fix the end flap 6 to the side flap 7 while drawing the locking piece 9 from the through-hole 12.
