SOLUTION: When the thickness of the peripheral edge of the insulator is smaller than 2.0 mm, the intrusion of oil and water hardly occurs, and as a result, the deterioration of the noise absorbing performance hardly occurs. When the thickness of the peripheral edge of the insulator is larger than 0.5 mm, the peripheral edge does not chip by a slight shock, and the cut-off surface of the glass wool does not become sharp.
