PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker fitting spacer for an on-vehicle electronic equipment capable of enhancing the appearance of a front panel, stably mounting the on-vehicle electronic equipment, and realizing the normal position of an excellent sound image by easily ensuring an installation space of a speaker. SOLUTION: The speaker fitting spacer 1 for the on-vehicle electronic equipment includes a spacer base body 10 and a speaker 20. The spacer base body 10 is a frame-shaped body having an opening part 16 in its center. The speaker 20 is provided on at least one set of frame-shaped parts 13a, 13b opposing to each other in the spacer base body 10. The speaker fitting spacer 1 for the on-vehicle electronic equipment is combined with a display device 3 or the equipment body 4 to constitute the on-vehicle electronic equipment.
