PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive unit for solving the problem wherein in washing of a vehicle body lower part, since the vehicle body is lifted up by jack and is washed, the washing is dangerous and the time is required, further, in spraying of high pressure water, reaction force is accompanied, attitude for watching a low position is required while retaining it and returning water is often thrown. SOLUTION: In the structure that a pipe 8 connected to a water feed hose for the high pressure water and an L shape coupling mounted with a nozzle 1 are joined through a bearing coupling 4 such that the nozzle 1 can be reciprocated and rotated making a peripheral center of the bearing 3 as a center, when it is rotated to right/left side in a circumferential direction of the pipe 8, a spraying direction A from the nozzle can be optionally moved between a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. A pair of wheels 7 is mounted to the bearing 3 by a wheel shaft 6 as shown in Fig. 2 in order to receive reaction force of the spraying and easily move the nozzle while rotating to the left and right sides.
