PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase permitting appropriate cleaning of the rear surface of a transparent wall constituting the front face of an exhibition chamber. SOLUTION: The front face of the exhibition chamber 3 in the showcase 1 is covered by the front transparent wall 6, and openable/closable rear doors 7, 7 and 12, 12 are disposed on the rear face. The showcase 1 has a partition wall 8 to divide the exhibition chamber 3 into upper and lower sections, and an openable/closable front door 16 is disposed in a divided section of the exhibition chamber 3 lower than the partition wall 8, under the front transparent wall 6 corresponding to the front face of a room-temperature area 10.
